- Collaborators of the ETAWARE projects shall have the right to upload personal works onto the ETAWARE network in accordance with the terms laid down in this agreement.

- Collaborators of the ETAWARE projectsshall also have the right to download any work created by any other collaborator and modify the work or the source material or both in any manner whatsoever. - Collaborators of the ETAWARE projects specifically recognize that the freedom and ability to modify each others work is a crucial aspect of the ETAWARE project. Collaborators hereby agree that every collaborator grant to each other the right to freely distribute, modify, add to each others works and that they shall not act in any manner which limits or abrogates this right for other collaborators.

- Collaborators further agree that any modification, adaptation or addition to their work shall not be considered a violation of the right to integrity of the author under copyright law. Collaborators acknowledge that authorship and creation within the ETAWARE projects are necessarily social activities requiring the cooperation of all members of the community.

- Any collaborator using or modifying any work shall acknowledge the author / creator of the work.
