Any citizen all over the world may become a suspect of terror, be defined as enemy combatant and detained without warning by the forces of an extra-territorial and extra-legal sovereignty.

We see actual 3 formations of detainment:

a) towards the world public demonstrative open forms of detainment on the border of national territories like the ones in Guantanamo Bay,

b) towards the world public seemingly hermetic prisons spread over foreign territories (yet because of its huge extension and unprofessional personal easy to unveil) like the ones in Afghanistan and Iraq and

c) the most updated and in future most likely version: invisible zones of detainment of unknown detainees on mobile military platforms like planes, aircraft carriers.

Many detainees are continuously shifted in between these 3 different formations, hindering the public from addressing the detainees and their legal status - detainees are kept in limbo by the sovereign forces (to be not here).
